Have you ever looked at the center of a cherry blossom that is just starting to bloom? It is full of deep pinks, almost berry, that were begging to be dyed up. I wanted to forgo the typical light pinks that come to mind when thinking of cherry blossoms and instead celebrate how boldly the enter the world.
This hand-dyed sock yarn is a deliciously soft and squishy blend of 70% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nylon, and 5% Stellina. It is difficult to tell in the photo, but there is a subtle sparkle that is extra magical.
This yarn is superwash and can be put through the machine. I still recommend only washing on gentle cycle and cool water to make your knits last as long as possible. Oh, and dry flat of course!
Please keep in mind that all hand dyes are a little different and that is what makes them beautiful. Additionally, monitor colors can vary.
